With the experience of 20 years and six restaurants since starting his culinary career, Chef Albert Estrada leads the kitchen at Frank's Americana Revival with a focus on fresh ingredients and inspired new takes on traditional dishes. 

Chef Estrada joined then "Frank's Chop House" from the kitchen at Pesce where he had the opportunity to work alongside Chef Mark Holly. Prior to that, Chef Estrada had roles at Smith & Wollensky and Grand Luxe Cafe in Houston. His prior kitchen experiences were in his home state of California where he also earned his culinary degree. 

At Frank's Americana Revival, Chef Estrada is partnering with longtime restaurateur Mike Shine to create the unique Americana menu that blends classic dishes with new ingredients. Chef has enjoyed unlocking fantastic flavors and irresistible combinations as they developed the new items that joined long-time Frank's classics that the loyal following adores.
