Join us as we celebrate Texas and the Cuisine of the American West during Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo season.
On Friday evenings, beginning February 28th, Go Texan Day, Frank’s Americana Revival will feature nightly specials inspired by the American West and our interpretation of Contemporary Cowboy Cuisine.
The rugged American West radiates an unmistakable pioneering spirit.
The Emmett and Shine Chuck Wagon will be on site, with a working Chuck Wagon exhibit on Friday afternoons and early evenings over the month of March.
These days will make for great photo opportunities and a look at how food was prepared in Texas in the not so distant past.
Join us for a Cowboy Cocktail Party with special guest Dan Garrison of Garrison Brothers Distillery, and award-winning Garrison Bros. Texas Bourbon. Dan will be at the chuck wagon and in the White Star Bar, meeting customers and sampling products.
